Sept., 2021 – U.S. Dist. Judge Greg Van Tatenhove entered an Order sending ex Democrat Party BOSS Jerry Lundergan to prison where he must check-in by Nov. 30, 2021 so he can spend Thanksgiving with his family.
August 2021 – U.S. Sixth Cir. Court of Appeals, Cincinnati, affirmed Lundergan’s 2019 conviction on racketeering money laundering, a type of campaign financing fraud charge.
Lundergan and Dale Emmons conspired to launder money into the campaign of Kentucky Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes (Jerry’s daughter) when she ran for U.S. Senate against more notoriously corrupt Sen. Mitch McConnell who remains un-indicted for his many alleged crimes.
Emmons pulled a few months in a halfway house and must pay $50k fine; Lundergan got 21 months in federal prison and a $150k fine. It is clear which one was the stool pigeon and ‘rat’ (‘yes sir BOSS!); and, who was PARTY BOSS (‘you dirty rat, you’).
Lundergan’s fine was roughly equal to the alleged amount laundered into his daughter’s campaign. Sometimes there is poetic justice even in corrupt processes like the justice system.
Grimes’ campaign debate with McConnell was televised nationally; but, her delivery was short of the gravitas required for the electorate to elevate her to federal office.
In fact, she seemed a bit scared to Editor. Had she merely read a couple of books or articles cited here she would have had enough fodder to cream McConnell by exposing his own massive conflicts of interest and alleged financial frauds.
Apparently, Grimes had neither the brains nor balls to go on the offense against McConnell.
In fact, none of the Democrats who have opposed McConnell over the years have challenged him on the grounds of alleged corruption proven in Peter Schweitzer’s book, Secret Empires; nor, from the ample data presented by Mark Levin Radio Show.
Grimes was lucky she was not indicted herself, given that the Kentucky General Assembly took note of her alleged unlawful peering into voter registration data in Frankfort, the state capital.
In response to Grimes’ prying eyes, the General Assembly enacted laws under ex one-term Gov. Mat Bevin (R) that prevents the Secretary of State from tampering with voter registration data.
In fact, the new law requires the Secretary to purge dead voters and those who move out of their precinct.
Grimes, like most contemporary Democrats in Kentucky, has been out of step with the electorate’s political mood for decades, leading to a super majority of Republicans in the legislature.
Editor believes that had Grimes bucked the party’s pecking order and run in the primary against former Attorney General (AG) Andy Beshear [now Governor] years ago, she would have won the primary as well as the Governor’s office.
At that time, Grimes’ stock was highest, with one term as Secretary of State under her belt, and woman draw-power.
She probably would not have needed daddy’s DIRTY money to get there either.
Instead, she chose the ill-fated path of collision with a veteran politician (McConnell) who proudly models himself after Kentucky’s other most corrupt Senator, that’s right, HENRY CLAY.
Perhaps few Kentuckians know that the U.S. Senate viewed Clay as so corrupt that had he lived today he surely would have been removed from office by the Senate.
Unfortunately, McConnell has navigated the corrupt waters of Washington and Beijing masterfully by marrying into one of the most fabulously wealthy shipping magnates in China – red Chinese Communist, Elaine Chao.
The Inspector General referred a request for criminal investigation of Elaine Chao to the corrupt U.S. Dept. of Justice (now known as the Dept. of InJustice by Mark Levin and his 55 million + follwers). We know who you are, we saw what you did.
The late Rush Limbaugh, conservative talk pundit extraordinaire, coined the term “red chi com” as a short derisive acronym for Red Chinese Communist.
For snowflakes sake, be aware that “red” is not a racial slur; instead, it is the color historically associated with the Communist block after World War II.
