COMMENTARY – FIRST AMENDMENT – POLITICAL

USA Attorney General Merrick B. Garland sent a memo to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) directing the already rogue agency to unconstitutionally monitor parents who complain to local school boards about Critical Race Theory (CRT).

Mr. Garland’s son owns and operates a business which provides such CRT materials to schools, making Garland’s directive also an ethics violation.

The memo is discussed further in a DOiJ press release.

Harsh Pundit Comments

Conservative pundits like Mark Levin and Chris Plante characterize the memo as a direct assault on the Civil Rights of parents to influence their children’s education.

They challenge the false allegation that there has been any spike in “threats” against school officials.

If the AG’s allegation is false, then that constitutes a predicate act in violation of 18 USC Sec. 1960 et seq., Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO); and, establishes the AG’s office and FBI as a “racketeer enterprise” as defined in the penal code.

Thereby, the AG used federal wire and mail to conspire to violate the Civil Rights of parents in contravention of 42 USC Sec. 240 (Conspiracy to Violate Civil Rights). These are the essential elements of a RICO complaint.

Conservative pundits also characterize the AG’s illegal, unconstitutional, and unethical directive as turning the Patriot Act against parents who are to be treated like domestic terrorists.

Erstwhile, current and former DOiJ (Department of InJustice) employees go unindicted for crimes clearly committed in office, like James Comey’s spying on Trump’s campaign, ignoring the BLM riots like the Seattle takeover of an entire city block, etc. We know who you are, we see what you do.
