FIRST AMENDMENT COMMENTARY, POLITICAL
Rogue ‘president’ Biden issued a decree, effective Jan 1, 2022, requiring all businesses with 100 or more employees to ensure that all employees are vaccinated against Covid. Biden intends to have Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) enforce his unlawful decree.
Florida Gov. Desantis and conservative pundit Mark Levin concur that the federal government does not have Constitutional plenary police power because of specific Constitutional restrictions limiting the power of Government.
This means that OSHA cannot lawfully be used to enforce Rogue Biden’s vaccine mandate.
All three vaccines are still classified as “experimental” mRNA (messenger RiboNucleic Acid) tools which have never been deployed in such a widespread experiment as the Covid mandates.
Mark Levin’s radio show 11/04/21 commented on this in the second hour tonight. “This is tyranny and it’s staring you in the face,” he concluded.
Beware your freedoms! Covid mandates are the Democrat Party’s test-run to seize and expand power not granted to the federal government in the Constitution.
‘Cooking the turtle’ slowly is how the Nazi Regime emerged in Germany which had been frazzled by World War One (WWI) and national fracture – internal conflict – against the Jews.
In America, as we write, Marxist Democrats are trying to impose identity politics to divide women against men, Blacks against Whites, Hispanics against Whites, everyone against Jews, etc., just like Hitler did.
Anyone who says that what is happening in American politics, including Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear’s decrees, is not comparable to Hitler and the Nazi Party is ignorant of how insidiously the Third Reich emerged into power. (*)
In the third hour, Levin expanded on the bureaucratic takeover of everyday lives of Americans like you and your family.
Democrats Using Techniques Like Nazi Third Reich Did to Grow its Crimes Against Humanity
Facebook (Meta) owner, Mark Zuckerberg, put $350 million into the 2020 elections to ruin the election process, bullying local officials with millions of dollars to manipulate the traditional election processes, according to Mark’s guest, coauthor of “Our Broken Elections: How the Left Changed the Way You Vote” by John Fund (Author) and Hans von Spakovsky (Author).
Mr. Fund joked that famed attorney, Lynn Wood, was probably a double-agent for the Democrats spinning conspiracy theories on how Trump lost.
Mr. Wood and attorney Sydney Powell, were both popular on talk shows touting various allegations about how Trump’s reelection went awry.
Both Wood and Powell came under orchestrated attack by the Marxist media after Trump’s election was stolen by Democrats who allegedly used dirty but legal tricks to manipulate votes in certain key states required to win an election
Lynn Wood’s Great Reputation
Attorney, Lynn Wood represented Kentucky student Nick Sandman in lawsuits after he was defamed by national media when his class visited Washington, D.C.
Sandman, a teenager, reacted in an admirable way to a stranger Native American accosting him as would a compassionate stoic; but, he was much maligned and impugned by national media which falsely depicted him as anything except nice.
Sandman became a student at Transylvania University, Lexington, Ky., the oldest college west of the Appalachian mountains and noted for academic excellence.
Sandman’s major studies and life aspirations are unknown to JournalKentucky.com at this time.
Transy University is Kentucky’s ‘Ivy League’ College
Transylvania University also has a tradition of sending hundreds of graduates to serve in the federal deep state; and, to achieve many other notable accomplishments.
To say that ‘Transy’ as we call it, is Kentucky’s only ‘ivy league’ college is an understatement.
