1/31/2023 – A federal jury acquitted Mark Houck who is characterized as a Catholic street proselytizer against abortion.
Houck’s defense was helped by the Thomas Moore Society, a Roman Catholic based organization. Many are calling for repeal of the FACE Act which is an overly broad restriction against peacefully protesting abortion mills.
The politically weaponized and totally CORRUPT FBI made the sophomoric mistake of charging a Catholic in a state largely populated by Catholics and prolife- supporters.
Perhaps the dope FBI began to believe their own propaganda forced into fake majority on social platforms like Twitter and Facebook in violation of the First, Ninth, Tenth*, and Fourteenth Amendments.
Notwithstanding the politics, the jury found NOTHING in the video and other testimonial evidence to support one scintilla of a FACE Act charge.
Critics of the politicization of so-called ‘justice’ said SHAME ON THE PROSECUTOR. He could actually be impeached by an act of Congress, but that is unlikely given the large number of cowards in office.

Evil Attorney-General Merrick Garland Skating on Thin Ice
It has become clear from his political weaponization of the prosecutorial machinery of the DOI* and FBI that not only is Merrick Garland intellectually challenged as to the nature of a Constitutional Republic, but completely numb to the rule of law and precedent (stare decisis).
Citizens and pundits have called for impeachment of the most evil-minded DOI head in America’s history. If I recall rightly, Mark Levin commented in the past that Garland may become the only US Attorney to be indicted, convicted, and imprisoned for crimes committed in office.
In fact, if Rep. James Comer (R-KY) and Jim Jordan (R-OH) probe deep enough Garland may face not only IMPEACHMENT but also alleged RICO criminal charges for conspiring to use the office of the U.S. Attorney in furtherance of a racketeering enterprise. See 18 USC Sec 1961 et seq. cf., 42 USC Sec 241 [conspiracy to violate civil rights of a citizen.]
In this case, the DOI allegedly used federal wire and mail to disseminate patently false accusations against a citizen who merely exercised his First Amendment right to free speech / assembly to protest a position favored by Big Brother fascists in the corrupt ROGUE Biden Administration.
“Questioning the Government is the most PRO AMERICAN activity that a citizen can engage in,” proclaimed one supporter who asked not to be named, given the climate of terror fostered by a corrupt rogue STASI FBI and DOI.
