“I don’t know if we will ever come out of this now … will inspire phonies; we are staring into the face of tyranny,” said Mark Levin, talking to substitute host, Ben Ferguson, on the Mark Levin Radio Show.
“Trump should never have been investigated by Mueller, America has gone tyrannical and Democrats have dragged us there; RINOs like [McConnell], Christie, Sununu, etc. [Bushes].
“Trump indictment is grotesque Stalinist, Maoist, Leninist that believe in lawlessness.
“You are not safe in a blue state or anywhere else where Soros candidates are elected,” concluded Levin.
Donald Trump was the victim of the criminal misconduct of FBI that spied on his campaign for the presidency in 2016 which was paid for by HiTlary Clinton’s campaign which recorded her contribution as “legal fees,” to conceal her unlawful activity, a direct violation of NY Code 175.10 (see below).
Trump was victimized multiple times by the rogue FBI including spying on his campaign, his White House, and his home in Mar-a-Lago.
Trump was falsely accused of possession of classified material and his home in Mar-a-Lago was raided in a CNN-styled special conducted by rogue FBI which has discredited itself to the extent that Levin calls FBI “Biden’s Stasi,” referring to Hitler’s special SS troops aka Gestapo.
After being victimized many times by the FBI, Trump was falsely impeached twice, investigated by a special counsel rogue Mueller, harassed daily by the fake mainstream news media, and now falsely indicted.
Trump is still under investigation by four other rogue grand juries: two in D.C., and two in Atlanta, Georgia. The fifth one in NYC has indicted him on bogus grounds, if any.
Trump supporters were setup by rogue FBI according to video evidence of the Jan. 6, 2020 so-called ‘insurrection,’ which independent journalists describe as a complete fabrication of charges aginst Trump supporters who ‘paraded’ in the Capitol Building at the invitation of security guards.

Trump allegedly paid money for confidential settlement with an alleged porn-worker* who allegedly averred she had a relationship with him.
That settlement was allegedly recorded as “legal fees” in 2016 when Trump ran for President.
NY Code 175.05 makes it criminal to create a fake business record; and, NY Code 175.10 is a felony to create a fake business record for the purpose of covering up a crime.
In the same year Trump allegedly did this, 2016, HITLARY CLINTON, paid over $1 million to create the fake Steele dossier which she falsely recorded as “legal fees,” to coverup her crime; same as what Trump is accused of but more than ten times the amount!

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) wrote a book called “Justice Corrupted” and does a podcast with Ben Ferguson who substituted tonight for Mark Levin on the Mark Levin Radio Show.
Alvin Bragg has got bragging rights to indicting a ham sandwich named Donald John Trump, former President who did more for black Americans than any President since Abraham Lincoln.
Bragg himself is an oxymoron.
Bragg best examine the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) 18 USC Sec. 1960 et. seq., because some seem to think he fits in a RICO scheme somewhere in this alleged gross abuse of process against Donald J. Trump.
Did Bragg conspire to use the office of prostituter** as a RACKETEERING ENTERPRISE under the federal code?
If Levin’s legacy of advice is true, then future President Trump’s administration should avow to GET BRAGG for his obvious RICO conspiracy to get Trump.
