Gov. Andy Beshear’s Shenanigans
Beshear’s shenanigans have irritated a still largely conservative populace of Kentuckians who view his liberal politics as contrary to what his father, former Gov. Steve Beshear delivered, see infra.
Gov. Andy Beshear issued one dictate and shut-down after the other during the fake Covid crisis; fake because it was no more a crisis than any other pandemic which never merited a shut-down; and, now even HONEST liberals admit it was a mistake to shut-down churches, businesses, and schools. But not Andy Beshear. He took it one step further and sent state troopers to record license plates of church-goers whom he FORBADE to worship as they saw fit pursuant to their First Amendment right which is guaranteed by Kentucky through the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
An appellate court has ordered Beshear to pay $275,000 in civil damages for violating the civil rights of Kentuckians, an award which the taxpayers will fork over for Beshear’s malfeasance in office.
During Covid, Beshear erected an iron fence around the Governor’s Mansion in response to peaceful protests against his fascistic Covid mandates. A bit hypocritical considering that he previously notified Homeland Security to send illegal immigrants to Kentucky, one of the poorest states in the union that cannot afford welfare, free school, expansion of school taxes, free healthcare, and other freebies immigrants cost taxpayers in top down court decisions that read like fiats from elite dictators like Andy Beshear.
Beshear’s latest out-of-touch decision is to support criminal mutilation of minor children who are brainwashed to want sex-change surgery by evil-minded school teachers and all WITHOUT PARENTAL NOTIFICATION NOR CONSENT.
Cameron will now be on team RINO unless he proves otherwise.
In the Republican primary, Cameron polled 48% against 22% for Ag Comish Ryan Quarles; and, the BIG LOSER Kelly Craft polled a mere 17% (that’s $210.97 per vote; or, $647,058.82 per percentage point of total votes cast).
Even if Cameron is a RINO (he most likely really is because of his Beijing Mitch connection) at least he fought the evils, supra, of the Andy Beshear regime. That’s about all we can say about Cameron except that he seems to say the right things to satisfy conservatives.
Kelly Craft is Notorious Also-Ran Because of Her Financial Commitment to Her Delusion of Grandeur
The ten other also-rans do not merit our attention; Craft, only because she burned up $11 million of her own money to satiate her fantasy of being called “Governor Craft.” Hey Kelly, wanna be called ‘Governor”?
Here’s a cheaper idea. Start a Craft Foundation nonprofit NGO, fund it with #$3 million in an irrevocable trust and appoint yourself the Chair / that is, “Governor,” of the Board of Governors.
Then not only you but also all your cronies can legitimately use the title “Governor;” and, can honestly run around the Commonwealth imitating foiled-candidate Stacy Abrams who carried a fictitious sign stating she is “Governor,” in Georgia during Gov. Brian Kemp’s (R-GA) first term.

How Other Millionaires Bought the Kentucky Election for Governor and WON
John Y. Brown brought a legacy of successful enterprise to the table and had a history of working with other well-known Kentuckian businessmen like William T. Young. Ever heard of Kentucky Fried Chicken? Well John Y. Brown made it into a multimillion dollar franchise and W.T. Young was on the board.
Then, Brown married former Miss America from Texas, Phyllis George, a national sportscaster for NBC. Add the right necktie and southern manners of both, and the couple was unbeatable.
Wallace Wilkinson (D) built a [then] successful college book business and also financed his own campaign. He won because he discoverd from private polling that Kentuckians supported a lottery for the Commonwealth that no politician would support. Until it got him the Governor’s mansion.
Brereton Jones, former Lt. Gov., (D) funded his own campaign and highlighted the inequities of racing track meet schedule. He was a successful horseman and millionaire who had a real feel for down-home Kentucky style. He was the first governor eligible to run for a second sequential term, but chose not to do so. Not that’s what we call CLASS.
Steve Beshear, former Lt. Gov., and AG, (D) lost a bid in the Democrat Governor* primary to former school teacher and Clerk of the Supreme Court of Kentucky, the Hon. Martha Layne Collins, only because of a very crowded field of greedy candidates. Had the number of candidates been reduced to perhaps four, Collins would also have been an “also-ran.”
But Beshear ran again about two decades later and won after illustrious AG Greg Stumbo (D) got a grand jury to indict incumbent Republican Gov. (Dr.) Ernie Fletcher which literally destroyed Fletcher’s chance of reelection. Beshear had a good reputation, name recognition, and was the best qualified candidate, no doubt. And by the time he ran he was a millionaire from his law practice. Winner took it all. JournalKentucky.com ranks Steve Beshear as one of the best governors since Gov(s). Combs, Chandler, and Breathitt [all democrats].
Beshear understood the power of the many commissions and committees, especially in agriculture, sat on many of those himself, and oversaw judicious dispersal of public funds from every source possible. He gave proper credit to the civil servants who prepared the Commonwealth to recruit corporate investment here and create real jobs. Beshear was the third governor eligible to run for a second consecutive term; and, the first governor to win such a term.
Previously, Gov. Albert B. Chandler (D) had served two terms but they were NOT consecutive. Chandler later became Baseball Commissioner; and, even ran for a third term for governor which he lost the primary to Ned Breathitt who was elected governor against Republican candidate Louie Nunn (who later won his own term as governor).
Mat Bevin (R) was an interloper who funded his own campaigns; the first time he lost; but, after Steve Beshear’s (D) two terms, Bevin won the Republican primary in a relatively small field of mostly lack-luster candidates who could not match his advertising budget. Bevin campaigned on his success as a business owner but never mentioned the jobs he created were NOT IN KENTUCKY as were few if any of his business ventures.
Kelly Craft may have actually been able to win a primary in Bevin’s “long-ago” sitting in her turret in a castle in a cloud somewhere in an unknown location in advert heaven, looking down on us hicks and hillbillies, competing for our attention against hungry bellies, school-aged children, internet, radio, TV, you got the picture. Why? Because Bevin only won due to the lackluster opponents; and, then Craft may have been viewed to be more glamourous.
Bevin lost a reelection bid mostly because he mistreated constituents, both citizens who actually voted for him as well as fellow Republican politicians across many counties and cities he visited where he would openly declare that he was not going to appear to endorse anything they did; and, would hurl such outrageous ignominious epitaphs on local political gatherings to the chagrin of thousands of fellow Republican citizens and politicians.
Consequently, Bevin lost to Beshear by about 5,000 votes. Poor Bevin. He didn’t dare run again in 2023 after the FBI investigated his pardon of over 200 convicts, including one fellow convicted of MURDER who served about one-year before being pardoned by Bevin. Some alleged it was a pay-to-play scheme for pardons because there was an alleged link between campaign donations and cronies; however, no indictments resulted.
Neither did a second chance at being governor. Let’s go Bevin.** The JournalKentucky.com ranks Bevin at the bottom of all Kentucky governors for his foul attitude against virtually everyone, see supra, and an air of superiority which, well must be similar to the way Kelly Craft made us feel. Kelly, don’t you have some servants to direct in the cleaning of your turret in your castle in the sky dear heart? I thought so.
Well that’s all the millionaires we have to report who successfully bought themselves the title of “Governor of Kentucky.” No Andy Beshear is NOT a millionaire; his daddy is. Rogue Biden family could teach him how to profit off the office if CM James Comer’s (R-KY) reports are accurate, and we have no doubt they are.
___ Ref.:
* Governor Primary, not GUBERNATORIAL, because the latter term is now pejorative and largely unknown to one-third of the younger generation.
** “Let’s go Bevin” is a derivative of “let’s go Brandon,” a euphemism for saying F**K you Biden!
