Compare the political persecution of Trump to the following criminal deeds by Democrats and cronies who were never prosecuted:
– FBI’s fraudulent FISA Court application to spy on the Trump campaign in 2016 using the fake Steele Dossier paid for and manufactured by Hitlary Clinton’s campaign and cronies.
– Hitlary Clinton’s illegal state department server in her closet in New York; and, criminal destruction of 30k emails that were already under subpoena.
8/15/23 Mark Levin Radio Show, First Hour:
Democrat false claims on Russian collusion arguments by attorneys as exposed in the Durham Report, yet no Democrat was prosecuted.
JFK stole the Democrat nomination from Hubert Humphrey, and stole the election via Cook Co., IL; WV; and, Texas.
Hitlary Clinton destroyed 30k emails, made false statements about it and obstructed justice.
Bill Clinton had secreted National Archive material in his sock drawer.
Yet no Democrat has been prosecuted for the same crimes alleged against President Trump.
Second Hour:
Sec. Blinken and the 51 ex-National Security “experts” who signed a letter attempting to affect the outcome of the 2020 election should also be charged with crimes since Trump has been charged.
What’s going on here is a revolution, not law-and-order, the purpose of which is to destroy the Republican Party and those who challenge the Democrat Party, create one-party monopoly (one-party state, one-state media).
Two kinds of justice is no justice. A conservative Republican in Atlanta, Washington, New York, cannot get justice.
As Scalia said, … 1936 Stalin’s Constitution was meaningless / pointless. Here orders are meaningless, Bill of Rights is meaningless if not upheld. Elections are crucially important unless the franchise is destroyed by ballot counting measures and changes.
Communist and fascist elections are held worldwide that give the imprimatur of democracy but are actually top-down police states.
Cuba, Venezuela, Russia, China, other communist nations do that.
The core of a democracy is one-person, one vote, respect of private property rights, peaceful protests, and none of that is occurring today.

A dual slate of electors is perfectly allowed by the US Constitution; it is not all ministerial.
The Constitution is silent on indicting a US President.
7:38 p.m., Democrats’ Nat’l popular vote compact to destroy the electoral college system.
7:46 p.m., Georgia Persecutor has allegedly conspired with Special Prosecutor Jack “the ripper” Smith, avers Levin.
Because the charges go outside the Georgia borders, overlap with Smith’s charges, and constitute “piling on” of statutes that are stretched outside their limits.
