A federal lawsuit filed by two juveniles (seeking class-action status) alleges that Adair County held juveniles in inhuman circumstances including:

Admit it: donkeys are cute but their politics kickass. Held naked girls in plain view of detained boys and growed-ass males.
- Held a child in solitary confinement without a toilet and consequently in feces and urine.
- Subjected prisoner juveniles to insect infestation.
- Subjected prisoner juveniles to hazing with ‘baby shark’ audio loop.
- Other abuses may become apparent as Gov. Beshear’s Second Juvenile Justice Scandal Emerges.
This is the second major juvenile justice scandal to erupt under the gulag of Gov. Andy Beshear. The first erupted during his first term and was successfully suppressed.
Cowardly Gov. Beshear has not issued any statement about his latest scandal, nor has he demanded the firing nor accountablilty of county officials. What will the GUBER do???
Beshear’s National Attention
Clay Travis, nationally syndicated pundit with Buck Sexton (replacing the late Rush Limbaugh) today coincidentally asked “How did a Democrat like Andy Beshear, who locked down Kentucky under Covid, get re-elected in a red state!”
His comment was not related to the current story; but, perhaps shows what a disconnect the electorate have in relation to reality of daily affairs.
