Texas Cannot Defend its Own Border
At Least While Case is Pending in Lower Courts

In a 5-4 vote Monday, the justices granted an emergency appeal from the Biden administration, which has been in an escalating standoff at the border with Texas and had objected to an appellate ruling in favor of the state.
Five to four deciding vote was cast by Justice Roberts. Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh dissented. Justice Amy ‘Crony’* Barrett (Trump appointee) voted with the CRAZY LIBERAL majority including Chief Justice Roberts.
No justice explained their vote, as they are not required to.
As a result, the Rogue Biden regime can remove razor wire installed by Texas agents along the border near Eagle Pass, despite ongoing unsettled litigation.
By the time the case is resolved in many months, many more millions of illegal immigrnts will have successfully invaded the homeland to the glee of RINOs Mitch McConnell, et. al., all Democrats, and other subversive enemies of We The People.
