Alleged John Podesta is Running Slush Fund
COMMENTARY: Glen Beck Radio Show, 2/20/24, First Hour
Speaking to Glen Beck, Steven Moore of the Heritage Foundation, alleged John Podesta is running the $350 billion slush fund pushed through by Rogue Biden Administration.
A different slush fund was the $46 billion Cares Act money that had to be spent before the end of 2021; and, it is not known who directed THAT crazy money.
Beware of Rogue Elected Officials
Carol Roth, former NY investment banker, author of You Will Own Nothing and Be Happy, talked to Glen Beck about fallout of the specious $355 million political fine against former President Trump.
For example, since NY is willing to prosecute businesses and private parties like Trump, his sons, and enterprises, what does this mean for other businesses and individuals doing business in the state?
Will they be prosecuted on trumped-up charges when they disagree with elected officials?
Mark Levin outlined the constitutional violations allegedly committed by state officials (Leteisha James, AG; and Alvin Bragg, NYC Prosecutor) including First (free speech), Fifth (due process), Eighth (unreasonable cruel and unusual punishment), Ninth (reservation of rights not enumerated), Tenth, and Fourteenth (states must secure federal bill of rights to citizens of the state) Amendments.
Levin accurately said Trump could bring suit against James, Bragg, and state of New York under section 1983 and 1985 of the US Code governing violation of one’s civil rights.
In Kentucky, torts (acts done by a perpetrator that give rise to lawsuit for damages or declaration of rights, etc.) can be sued upon whenever someone or an entity violates any local ordinance, state law, administrative procedure, official policy, rule, or regulation; and, federal statutes, etc.
In Kentucky, civil rights violations committed by a state-actor / employee / official must be filed first with the local or state human rights commission to exhaust ones’ administrative proceedings before filing suit in court. In some instances, one must file the case with the state Administrative Board. The rules are complicated and you must consult a licensed attorney to determine what to do and where to file your redress of grievances.
Sage Editor learned that Trump can keep the suit in Florida federal court by filing in state court under the long arm statute. When defendants move to transfer the case to federal court, they will be restricted to Florida pursuant to prior case decisions.
Chase Morgan and Blackrock allegedly backed out of the ESG (environmental social governance) initiative, citing potential lawsuits. Blackrock will allegedly give you options to vote on various environmental social governance issues.
Ms. Roth talked about the “ISS Catholic Social Choice Values,” apparently some Wall Street thing.
