If you create a new LLC (limited liability corporation) you have 30 days to file a special report with the federal government if your annual revenue is $5 million or less.
If your already-existing LLC earns $5 million or less, you must file a report before January 1, 2025.
The law gives a pass to alleged major racketeers and real potential criminals who intake revenue in excess of $5 million.
But the little guy is obligated to report to the federal government all LLCs with income $5 million or less.
This will result in a dystopian society in which those who want to create a small business will be declared criminals because they didn’t file the proper report with the feds, avers guest Carol Roth.
