Kangaroo “Judge” Juan Merchan allowed Prosecutor, Alvin Bragg, to present a case against former President Donald John Trump in which:    Kangaroo Judge Juan Merchan announcing GUILTY verdict against Trump. 

1. The basis of the charges was an alleged misdemeanor falsification of business records regarding payment of a nondisclosure settlement with Stormy Daniels who was allegedly some sort of personal entertainment diva.
2. The statute of limitations was long expired on the alleged misdemeanor.
3. Bragg and operatives from Rogue Biden’s regime allegedly conspired to concoct a novel theory of law that purportedly resurrects the dead misdemeanor by claiming it was done in furtherance of a conspiracy by Trump and cohorts to violate federal election finance laws.
4. But the Federal Election Campaign Commission refused to prosecute such a crazy scheme, as did the NY U.S. Attorney.
5. Desparate Democrats allegedly operating in concert with Rogue Biden and his ilk, involved NYC’s prosecutor Alvin Bragg, NY’s AG (Letitia James); and, Atlanta prosecutor, Fani Willis, in-person in White House meetings regarding the persecution of fake crimes against Trump according to Mark Levin Radio Show and other pundits.
6. After a six week Stalinistic show trial, in which every tenet of a fair and impartial trial was violated, evil kangaroo “Judge” Juan Merchan gave grossly unconstitutional and unfair jury instructions, including but not limited to the alleged directive that the jury did not have to agree unanimously on anything and he would consider that if four jurors agreed about a charge, it was unanimous. This is a clearly erroneous, arbitrary and capricious ABUSE OF DISCRETION and an alleged predicate racketeering act by kangaroo “Judge” Juan Merchan and his co-conspirators in the persecution. 18 USC Sec. 1960, et. seq. Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
7. Thursday May 30, 2024 will live in infamy as the day a kangaroo judge and jury bludgeoned and stabbed Lady Liberty to death in a NY courtroom by adjudicating former President Donald J. Trump guilty on 34 fake felony charges. The judge, jury, and prosecution team are all cowards for participating in an ignominious attack against our Constitution and engaging in the most gross form of election interference.
