Fake Special Prosecutor Jack Smith allegedly committed multiple felonies by impersonating a public official role. Judge Cannon’s Opinion and Order dismissing the case against Trump states his [fake] appointment was “unlawful.” Copyright © JournalKentucky.com 2024. All rights reserved. Ai art MS Designer.
When Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the Trump “documents case” today, fake Special Prosecutor (SP) Jack Smith became an official villain instead of a fake official prosecutor.

Impersonating a public official is both a state and federal felony; and, Mr. Jack Smith could potentially face multiple counts for his alleged criminal misconduct. See endnotes with links to the statutes allegedly violated.

If it is true that “no one is above the law” as the Democrat-Nazis repeatedly applied to Trump, then Attorney General (AG) Merrick Garland, fake Special Prosecutor Jack Smith, and all their scores of co-conspirators MUST BE INDICTED, ARRESTED, TRIED and IMPRISONED.

Conspiracy to Violate Trump’s Civil Rights

Fake SP Jack Smith was excoriated twice in published opinions of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) and should have been disbarred for his misconduct in violating the rights of ex-Gov. Bob McDonnell and his wife who he falsely persecuted for the corrupt Democrat-Nazi Party.*

Political pundit, Mark Levin, has previously exposed Smith’s history as a Democrat-Nazi Party operative who fled the USA to work for the infamous International Criminal Court (ICC which has no treaty nor jurisdiction in the USA) after the crimes Smith allegedly committed in violating the civil rights of Gov. Bob McDonnell and his wife in Virginia.

Criminal Accountability

Because nobody is above the law, fake SP Jack Smith, Attorney General Merrick Garland, and all who participated in their hoax, must all be charged with appropriate crimes, including, but not limited to:

  • Criminal conspiracy to violate the civil rights of President Trump. 18 USCA Sec. 242 [Conspiracy to violate Civil Rights]; and, 18 USCA Sec. 1962 et. seq. [Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization Act, “RICO”]
  • Criminal conspiracy to use the office of Attorney General as a racketeering “enterprise.” 18 USCA Sec. 242, 18 USCA Sec. 1962 et. seq.
  • AG Garland abused official power by unlawfully appointing co-conspirator Jack Smith and an unknown number of additional co-conspirators. 18 USCA Sec. 242, 18 USCA Sec. 1962 et. seq.
  • Criminal misappropriation of millions of DOi** funds in furtherance of of the afore stated crimes. 18 USCA Sec. 242, 18 USCA Sec. 1962 et. seq.

According to MS CoPilot Ai:***

“Title 18, Section 242 of the United States Code (U.S.C.)makes it a crime for any person acting under color of law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States. This includes acts done by federal, state, or local officials within their lawful authority, as well as acts done beyond the bounds of that official’s lawful authority.

“The penalties for violating this law vary depending on the circumstances of the crime and the resulting injury, if any. They can range from fines and imprisonment for up to a year, to life imprisonment or even the death penalty in cases where death results from the acts committed in violation of this section.”

Furthermore, MC CoPilot Ai reported that ”

Impersonating a public official is indeed a federal crime in the United States. There are a few relevant statutes:

– 18 U.S.C. Chapter 43 deals with false personation (1).

– In particular, 18 U.S.C. 43 Sec. 913 states that anyone who falsely represents themselves to be an officer, agent, or employee of the United States, and in such assumed character arrests or detains anyone or in any manner searches the person, buildings, or other property of another person, shall be fined or imprisoned not more than three years, or both (2).

* Democrat-Nazi Party calls itself the “Democratic” Party when it is actually named the “Democrat” Party; its policies constitute extreme fascism so the JournalKentucky.com refers to it as the Democrat-Nazi Party. It is NOT “democratic.” Rogue Biden’s regime funded Iran, knowing that it would attack Israel; supports HAMAS operatives in the USA, especially demonstrations on college campuses against Jews; and, evil AG Merrick Garland is not prosecuting those who are clearly violating rights of Jewish students.

** DOi is the proper acronym for Dept. of Injustice which has not been the DOJ since Democrat-Nazis derailed it by abusing its power as a politically charged weapon.
