Is Elon Musk’s spray all over Trump’s influence over the Continuing Resolution issues on budget funding, line item pork, or shutting down the Government?

Many think Musk has so much influence over Trump that Elon Musk is an un-elected official running Trump like a puppet master.
If so, Elon got the best deal of $250 million for Trump versus Zuck paying over $400 million for Rogue Biden who is controlled by totally hidden interests in China.
