President Donald J. Trump took the oath of office as President of the United States (POTUS) on January 20, 2025, inside the Capitol Rotunda due to sub-freezing temperatures.
Afterwards he signed 118 Executive Orders (EO) and about 1,500 pardons and commutations for citizens who were fraudulently charged by the corrupt DOI* which allegedly secreted exculpatory evidence and manufactured some.
He said those convicted of violence had been in the Washington, D.C., horrible prison long enough. Some law enforcement supporters criticized including violent offenders in the pardons and commutations.
The unconstitutional attack by the DOI against Trump’s supporters whose only act was to peaceably assemble and protest the theft of the 2020 election shook the conscience of the American public so hard that it pushed Trump through and back into the Oval office.
Trump and First-Lady Melania Trump attended three inaugural balls. It is notable that while signing E.O.s at the Capital One Dome in front of thousands of supporters, Trump answered questions from journalists.
Carrie Underwood performed “America the Beautiful” a cappella after the sound system failed. She only hit one flat note near the beginning of the song; otherwise it was flawless.
Trump subsequently ordered the DOI to investigate and prosecute all local officials who attempt to obstruct the public’s demand that illegal immigrants be deported.

Trump has sent 1,500 active duty military troops to the southern border and declared:
1. a national energy emergency to bolster domestic energy production and lower high fuel prices; and,
2. a national emergency at the southern border to stop illegal immigration and increase border security.
The typical propaganda media is still trying to villify the American public and President Trump for deportation efforts which are already underway with hundreds being removed from the USA already.
Before Trump took office, Texas, Arizona, Florida, and South Dakota already had hundreds of troops at the border supporting the Texas initiative called Operation Lone Star. The operation had 10k troops at its height but the numbers are down to several thousand now.
Constitutional scholar, pundit, and attorney, Mark Levin, explained to his audience many times over the years and several times since Inauguration Day, that the Fourteenth Amendment does NOT confer birthright citizenship, rather the wording [born in USA] … “and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” is a descriptive phrase defining who is a citizen and who is not a citizen.**
That phrase is intended to exclude foreign nationals from citizenship because they are not subjects of USA jurisdiction, but rather are subjects of their own foreign nation’s jurisdiction.
