[JK Commentary] America First Legal investigated the Mar a Lago documents case and found emails incriminating the Roge Biden regime in violation of 18 USC Sec 1961 et. seq., Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
Although that is not what Professor Randy Barnett said in his interview with Mark Levin, that is the practical meaning of facts he presented.
America First Legal got emails through a lengthy Freedom of Information Act lawsuit. The emals show that the National Archives officials conspired with Rogue Biden regime to turn the Mar a Lago documents case into a criminal proceeding when it was actually a civil dispute which many ex-presidents have engaged in.
We all lived through this saga which occurred after Trump’s first term. The corrupt FBI / DOi unlawfully raided Mar a Lago, staged manufactured “evidence” which were photographed to provide fuel for the ensuing fraudulent indictment by a man (Jack Smith) who criminally impersonated a federal prosecutor.
