3/13/25 NASA site – Tonight’s total eclipse of the moon
Tonight (which actually will be Friday morning the 14th) look for a total eclipse of the moon.

The total eclipse of the moon will occur in the wee hours of Friday 3/14/2025 from about 2:00 a.m. to 6 a.m., in the southern part of the sky.
Visibility is expected to be good in Kentucky, subject to the whims of nature.
If you miss the upcoming eclipse on March 13-14, 2025, you’ll have another chance to witness this celestial event in just about a year.
The next total lunar eclipse visible from Kentucky will occur on March 3, 2026.
