President Trump announced on TruthSocial.com at 4:37 p.m., EST, today that “Khamenei, one of the most evil people in history, is dead.”
USA-Israeli military strikes eliminated the primary source of global terrorism, the tyrant who bullied Iranian people and many nations in the Middle East.
Khamenei was a monster who was supported by former Presidents Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and former Secretary of State Hitlary Clinton.
President Donald J. Trump is the first one in decades to stand up against the Deep State which has dictated to lesser presidents what the elected President was ‘allowed’ to do.
Trump understands that the Constitution clearly states he is the Commander in Chief and only elected representative leader of the Executive Branch.
There is nothing in the Constitution that requires POTUS to ask for permission from Congress to launch a war if he has the resources and money to do so.
Congress’ only Constitutional response is to cut the budget for such operations according to constitutional scholar, licensed attorney, and political pundit Mark Levin.
