Mark Levin, constitutional scholar, attorney, and political pundit, urged Congress to file four Articles of Impeachment IMMEDIATELY because none of the following require investigation, no subpoenas, no arguments to file and vote on tomorrow because they are Rogue Biden regime’s patently unconstitutional POLICIES.
Mr. Levin alleges that Rogue Biden regime’s POLICIES on the following constitute “high crimes and misdemeanors” pursuant to the U.S. Constitutional standard for impeachment.
- Open border is patently unconstitutional.
- Student loan $1/2 trillion bail-out was never presented, debated, nor passed by the House.
- Fentanyl murders of citizens.
- 6:19 p.m., Bidens influence peddling made > $30 million from foreign operatives.
No need for subpoenas, witnesses, it’s all policy so these articles are sound.
Rogue Biden regime’s POLICIES have resulted in hundreds-of-thousands of American citizens’ deaths, immigrant rapes, chaos, economic peril, detrimental to local schools that have to expand to give free education to illegals and promote woke social agenda with teacher-based propaganda, murder of law enforcement officers and thinning out ranks of the trade. No impeachment means allowing the President to seize power from other branches of Government.
Subsidizing our enemy, lifted waiver on sanctions and international organizations is what Rogue Biden is doing for the Islamo-Nazis.
Rogue Biden needs to be impeached. The House has only voted to launch an impeachment inquiry, not to impeach at this stage.
